Compared to the wall lining the lime-cast - cement mortars are characterized by fast operation and lower cost price per unit of area. At the same time the mortars based on lime and cement lack the disadvantages of the leveling stucco, providing a very strong surface, guaranteeing excellent adhesion of all finishing coatings.
With the climatic changes in the last years the leveling of the rough surfaces, the price efficiency and the short terms of execution of this construction operation lead to the increase of the requirements of investors and contractors. In this respect the lime-cast cement mortars develop further with the introduction of new technologies, adding new useful characteristics like improved thermal conductivity coefficient, hydrophobicity, resistance to efluorescence (salts extraction), etc.
